Day 1 Hanoi (arrival)

Pick up from the airport to Hanoi. Arrive Hanoi and check in Hotel located in Hanoi Old Quarter. Get welcome drink when check in. Then you will have time for discovering by yourselves the attractions of Hanoi City.

Option 1: My Son Sanctuary – boat trip on Thu Bon river small group tour

7:45 – 8:15: Our guide pick you up at your hotel and depart to My Son Sanctuary – The World Cultural Heritage.

9:30: Arrive at My Son and we'll have 2 hours to discover the site by walking throughout the landscape, learning histories with our local English speaking guide, enjoying the Champ’s traditional performances.

11:45: Get back to mini van and move to a local house to learn how to make ricepaper, you will enjoyyour own hand-making product later on!

12:30: Back to the van and have lunch at another local house. relax with cold herbal tea, nice foods and fresh air.

13:30 take a boat trip to Hoi An with nice and cool breeze on boarding, beautiful river scenery on the biggest river in the Central of vietnam named as Thu Bon River.

14:00: arrive in Hoi An, we will drop you off at your hotel. Tour ends!

 

Option 2: Tra Que Cooking Class And Foot Massage

09h00: Arriving at Tra Que, you will stop at a farmer’s house in Tra Que vegetable village. Enjoy welcome drink then stroll around the vegetable garden with your guide before joining the farmer to learn and to practice the traditional farming ways in preparing the land, and fertilizing the land with seaweed which is exploited from the nearby river. The following steps are raking the ground, sowing or transplanting, watering, some other gardening activities.

After farming experiences, you will take a break in the restaurant then relax with foot massage which is traditional health treatment with medicinal herbs before taking part in preparing and cooking some of the famous local dishes such as “Banh Xeo” Pancake, “Tam Huu” local Spring rolls, “Ram” Fried rolls or local Salad with the guidance of the farmer’s family or the chef. Enjoy your lunch with local specialties and with dishes that made by yourself.

After lunch, take a rest before riding back to your Hotel. Tour ends.

Itinerary:

Leaving the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh City and start your trip to depart for My Tho, the town lies on the left side of the Mekong River. Upon arrival, visit Vinh Trang pagoda which sated back to the late 19^th century. Then boarding the sampan and cruising down the river around the four beautiful islands known as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise islands.

Stop over at Unicorn Island, go walking around country lane and seeing orchards, enjoy tropical fruits, folk song music which performed by the local people. Visit the fruit plantation.

Riding a hand-rowed sampan through Thoi Son canal and treat yourself in the beauty of the countryside, visit the family business, visit honey-bee farm, enjoy honey tea and coconut candy workshop.

Have lunch at local restaurant. Break time.

In the afternoon, time for cycling around the Tan Thach village, meet the local villagers to experience the local daily life in the Mekong delta. Hammock relaxing and enjoy cool breeze for those can’t join the cycling trip. Return to Ho Chi Minh City. End trip.
